(There's a private bathroom for the master bedroom) Its a four bedroom, two bathroom home, with a large backyard. It's in the suburbs, and in a somewhat quiet area off of Gerber Rd. It was recently renovated in October 2025, with new Marble Countertops and lights, in the kitchen and in the shared bathroom. We got a brand new washer and dryer too! Rent ($700) is separate from bills / so we end up paying/splitting for water, gas, electric, and internet. (We've got Xfinity Fiber.) for $100 flat. Security deposit is $500. 6 Month or 12-month lease with a month-to-month renewal afterward, unless you'd like otherwise. Features! Both of us are in are late thirties, one of us works at as a lab tech in Davis, and the other's a student at CSU Stanislaus We're both pretty mellow nerds, LGBTQIA+ friendly/supportive and 420 friendly. Oh and we got a tiny dog too, named Syrup. You can usually find us off on our own doing something on our PC's, watching more One Piece, playing TF2 or making some food together. Sometimes we volunteer at anime and game conventions around SoCal! We recently moved to Sacramento so it's been wonderful to get to visit so many new places for food, like 99 Ranch Market, Poke House and COSTCO (I've got a membership, and its right around the corner too!) House rules include: No smoking indoors Respect quiet hours Clean shared spaces after use No unauthorized overnight guests Month to month, 6 month lease are available. No smoking inside the house, ever. - Keep shared spaces clean - Respect quiet hours (10 PM 6 AM) - Limited overnight guests with notice - No illegal activity - No indoor smoking - Laundry use during the morning, or evening is preferred.
