It is perfect for a person who works a lot and needs a place to rest, but wants to enjoy arts and beaches for the off-days! Utilities are included in the rent for short term tenants (Min.3-mos strongly preferred). For longer term tenants, you will be responsible for utilities. There is only one electrical meter so the landlord will calculate utility usage bills at the end of each month. This unit can only accommodate one-person. There is one parking spot in the driveway and street parking. Security deposit equals one month's rent. NO smoking (or candles that causes wax damages) allowed on site.
