We are moving out next Saturday so we want someone to be ready to move in ASAP, February 1st after the management paints the apartment and touches up the nits from our wall paintings. We will be showing the apartment tomorrow, Sunday, January 20th so please schedule your visit for then if possible. If not possible and it has not already been taken, then we will be available by appointment Monday through Friday of next week. Also, the listed rental price is the price we have been paying so hopefully the management does not increase the price at all since we have only been here about 8 months.
