A minimum of 2 year job history is required to verify job title, job status, salary and prospects for continued employment. All occupants 18 years or older must complete the application process. Married applicants must have a combined gross income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. All other applicants must individually have a gross income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.
