The property is mainly meant for residents staying for a minimum of 30 days i.e. travel nurses and people traveling for work. But if you are looking for a month long vacation then that works too. :) The property is located within minutes of restaurants such as The Vault, Big Bon Bodega, Atlantic, and Elizabeth's on 37th. Utilities and internet included. Property is furnished. No smoking allowed. Pet fee is $200 per dog depending on length of stay. Please do not use towels to wipe off make-up. If you remove anything from the property (or damage anything) you will surrender your security deposit. Please take shoes off at the door. Quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. Mowing the lawn is not required.
