There will be a $200 non-refundable pet deposit if you bring your fur babies,and a $100.00 clean up fee. There is a security deposit of $300 to be paid when you secure the unit. There is a strict 2 car parking policy in the rear of the house. No loud noises after 10pm. Please use outside shower to wash off all sand before coming indoors. You will need to provide your own linens, but everything else will be waiting for you.
