when we bought the house it had sat empty for over ten years except for squatters that completely stripped every pipe and wire in the house so all of that is brand new throughout the entire house.. It's a great starter home that obviously has and still needs some TLC but we also replaced all the windows with one's that can come out completely for cleaning and then clicked right back and besides the obvious painting of rooms and stuff we completely gutted the downstairs bathroom and replaced everything brand new and tho the bathroom is on the smaller side it still cost over 5 almost 6 grand to do.. There's also a new hot water heater and the furnace had motherboards and stuff replaced so that it works like new.. We also dug up the entire old and collapsed ditch out front and laid a new one as to keep water that was coming in off the property.. Property is surrounded by big tall standing bushes that have grown up, through and past, way past the chain link fence that also outlines the property.. There is also a two car detached garage on the property as well but it is in major need of repair, with doors and a new roof.. There was an addition added to the house in the 80s that sits above a crawl space but under the rest of the house is a full basement but it is in need of some TLC aswell but like I said this is an awesome starter home, perfect for the DIY after work and on the weekends kinda guy haha
