Private entry and exit makes coming and going a breeze. Designated, covered parking space included right outside the entrance. For this furnished apartment: All utilities and internet are included. We require a $1000 refundable deposit a $300 cleaning fee, and a $40 background check fee unless provided by employer. An additional $100 for a 2nd person. We do not permit smoking of any kind or candles. Covered parking directly in front of entrance is included. Pets are not permitted.
