Our petite home boasts astonishing views of the Wallowa Mountains in a private country setting. There are a few steps to the covered porch and front door. Upon entering there is a small fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and TV/sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, full sized gas range/oven, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom has a custom tiled shower, toilet and sink. There is a mini split for heat and air conditioning. Two loft bedrooms (one w/ a door for privacy and the other an open loft) have steps. There you will find comfy mattresses. This custom built tiny home has many thoughtful built ins, cubby holes and hanging hooks. There is possible room on the property for some storage as well. All utilities, with the exception of wifi, are covered in the monthly rent. Rent is $900 a month with a $600 security deposit required when lease is signed. Lease will run from November 1, 2025 until May 1st, 2026. Serious inquiries only! Absolutely no smoking inside. A pet may be possible on a case by case basis.
