I am looking to rent my 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo for either 6 or 12 months starting 9/15. It will not be available after 10/1/22 so it is short-term only. Water and power are included in the rent and if you sign by this Saturday evening 9/11: -It can be partially furnished to your liking at no extra cost. Couch, bed, desk, dressers, lights, art, side tables and more are all available. -Xfinity TV and Wi-Fi will be included at no extra charge If you sign after 9/11 it will be unfurnished and TV/internet will be on your own. It's on the top floor a 4-unit owner-occupied building. The living room and main bedroom have lovely west-facing sunset views. It's on the back of the building so nice and quiet. The 2nd bedroom is cozy but large enough to fit a queen bed and dresser. Also works great as a home office. A garage parking spot is available at $150. It can only fit a very small car - Mini Cooper etc. Otherwise the street parking is super easy. The building is very dog friendly (the other 3 units have awesome dogs) and you are very welcome to have one as well. Potrero Hill Recreation Center / Playground is directly across the street with plenty of grass for your pup to enjoy. Unfortunately no cats due to allergies. Other perks: -Free shared laundry with brand new machines in the garage -Ample storage in the garage for bikes etc. -Walking distance to lots of fun restaurants and shops on 18th and 20th streets in Potrero -Easy freeway access and quick drive to SFO Condo Notes: -There will be 2-3 week construction project in the garage and courtyard at some point in the next 3 months. Exact dates TBD as the HOA is still working out details. -From January to March you would have some fun HOA duties = Taking the trash bins out to the curb and back once a week (Sunday night / Monday morning) and sweeping the small courtyard.
