This apartment comes with a back yard and is pet friendly. Easy on street parking for people with vehicles and there is a paid parking lot 3 blocks away. A SEPTA bus stop is within a 1/2 bock. You won't find a better combination of affordability and location. Iv'e lived in this apartment for 4 1/2 years and I have nothing bad to say. Utility prices are cheap and I never pay more than $60 for gas and electric. The location is safe. Laundry facilities in the basement of the building. The landlord responds immediately to maintenance requests and I never have issues with my neighbors. I am relocating to another state for work and to serve. Renter responsible for gas, electric, and cable / internet. I am willing to leave my quality furnishings, appliances, and electronics in unit at no extra cost.
