Utilities are the responsibility of the resident, but we were built to be energy efficient, so they tend to stay low cost. We do allow pets. Two per unit. We accept all breeds of dog, we just ask for all current vaccination records and testimonial from a licensed veterinarian that the dog is neither a vicious or dog aggressive animal.
