Avail. now, I have a bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom unit at the front of a large house makai and Ewa-side in Nu'uanu. The pro's of living here: big beautiful view of downtown right out the dining room window, ample storage for bikes/outdoors equip. easily accessible up under the house, well-designed kitchen with good counter space already stocked/furnished with all that you need to cook comfortably, great natural light, breezy, quiet, peaceful, clean (~one 20 min. rain/day keeps the neighborhood here fresh and clean), can rent bedroom furnished with one full-size bed and two matching nightstands ($700/month) or unfurnished ($650/month), and one stoked & motivated Env. scientist to live with who is mellow, easy to get along with, and would be happy to take you surfing on weekends when can.And the cons (just so there's no surprises here):1. No dedicated parking. If you have a car and want to live here, you will have to park down on Waiolani Ave. and walk up/down Puunani Place to get to your car. The 4 bus will take you to/from UH if you time your commute for it in the morning, and the 13 bus is also a quick walk and good opt. for getting to/from the downtown area (Chinatown, downtown, Straub, etc.)2. No PetsLease terms are negotiable, between month-to-month and 6 months. If interested please "Reply-to" this posting or call me at (808) 292-6494 to discuss. Thanks,Dave
