The kitchen has cherry inset custom cabinets with black absolute honed granite countertops. There is a full size kitchen island with a gas fireplace and modern kitchen appliances. There are 2 full bathrooms. The master bathroom has a crawlfoot soaking tub and a shower. The bedrooms are very small unless you use the main living room as the master bedroom which some past tenants have done. There is a second wood burning fireplace on the second floor. The heat is forced hot air and there is central air. There are lots of windows throughout the cottage and there is a Pella 12" double siding door to the brick patio. There is a stackable washer dryer in the unit. All the plumbing and electric is newer (within the last 10 years when the cottage was totally renovated) and up to code. There is a private back brick patio. There is parking up to 2 cars to the right of the cottage. Annual Rental: One year lease. The tenant pays all utilities. We require a strong credit report, we verify income and require tenants to sign a written lease. The requested rent is $3,200 per month or best offer. We may allow certain pets depending on rent, credit report and income. Although the house is a legal 2 bedroom, most prior tenants have used it as a 1 bedroom house since the bedrooms are small. We set up the lease to economically require payments to be made by zelle or venmo and not late. We require one and half months security deposit. We run credit reports on all applicants that are interested in renting the cottage and we pass the $40 cost onto the applicant.
