Every house has it's best selling feature and for this one it's that the back yard faces reserved public space. From the back patio there is 100% privacy and I've added pavers to make the area even more enjoyable. This is a rare feature in the area as most houses are surrounded by others. I also added the sunroom and the tile. The second best feature is the large four car (2x2) garage that has been made into a nice shop area and includes an attractive looking mural. Otherwise it has a nice kitchen and is overall in pretty good shape. BridgePointe is a preferred area to be in because it has better high schools. Maple Woods College is essentially nextdoor. And they just completed a new freeway onramp / offramp (Maplewoods Parkway) that makes freeway access even easier.
