Yard Maintenance: Renter is responsible for maintaining their own yard. No littering the yard with trash. Livestock: Livestock is permitted upon approval prior to bringing the animal on the premises. This includes homesteading animals such as chickens, goats, rabbits, quail, pigs, etc. Animal waste should be cleaned up in a reasonable time frame, unless it is "cold" and appropriate for fertilizer (goats, rabbits etc.) Animals must be kept outside of the home at all times. Renters will be responsible for paying to account for repairing any animal damage to interior or exterior of the house. Renters are also responsible for providing appropriate shelters and food for the animals. Fires: Fire pits should be at least 50 feet from the house. Be aware and follow local guidelines regarding fires. (There are times there are limits on fires due to dry seasons.) Parking: Parking is free. The driveway can fit about four cars in it. Please refrain from parking off of the driveway. Routine repairs: Owner will be responsible for routine maintenance costs and repairs.
