There's a ceiling fan a desk with lamp and one chair. There's a bedside table and small dresser on each side of the queen sized bed. There are all different kinds of pillows available. This bedroom has a door that closes. On the other side of the kitchen is the living room. The bathroom is off the living room. The living room has a futon which can be made into a bed. STORAGE: The basement is just to the right of the unit's entrance. The basement has your own washer and dryer. WASHER/DRYER: Washer and dryer are in the basement and exclusively only for this unit. BATHROOM: The bathroom light is outside to the right before you enter. There is another small light inside the bathroom and the switch is to the right side of the sink. There is also a knob to turn which activates the bathroom fan. Please make sure the run the fan after a shower. KITCHEN: Fully-equipped (plates, bowls in various sizes, cups, mugs, wine glasses, champagne flutes) kitchen including a 4-burner electric range with oven and vented hood. Other appliances include a toaster oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder and kettle for the tea drinkers. Also pots and pans for those who like to cook. ENTERTAINMENT: Main living space has TV and is cable ready. Rent includes bi-monthly landscaping of yard during the spring/summer and monthly during the fall/winter.
