Rent is $2,000/mo + Electricity and Internet. Water is included. Electricity will vary ~$140/mo based on usage. Internet is about $75/mo. One month ($2,000) refundable security deposit. No pets. Other notes: There is a second bedroom and bath in the apartment that has been locked off to secure the current occupants personal items while she is on travel. While unlikely, the current occupants may need to occupy the 2nd bedroom for a few days from time to time. Once we've communicated by phone, I'm happy to set up a tour for you.
