    This is a zero step rambler on a dead end street. It is priced below building cost because we have built it over the last 3 years when we had time. The lot is basically on a hillside with the best views to enjoy. The pictures show the custom beams, rails and trim that are unheard of in today's market. The lower level is 10' tall because we could. (we are in the poured wall business) We included lot 8 next door the the South. If you combine the lots you can build another 3 or 4 stall garage.
