The apartment also comes with one off street parking spot and a private deck. It shares a backyard with the other three apartments. Tenants are responsible for gas and electric, internet, and other services. Tenants are responsible for taking the bins to the curb, picking up after pets and parties outside, and maintaining the property in a respectable manner.
