Applications cost $50 per adult tenant and cover the cost for our tenant history, criminal, and credit checks. Once approved we accept the $425 non refundable move-in fee. This covers our administration costs and will also hold a vacant unit for up to 30 days if necessary. There are two options for our pet fees. First, you can pay a one-time non-refundable charge of $150 and then pay a $25 per month per pet "pet rent". Or you could pay a one-time non-refundable charge of $300 per pet and no monthly "pet rent". The specific date you move in determines how much is due when you sign the lease. Moving in from the 1st through the 20th means that you will pay the remaining prorated amount of rent for the month you move in. From the 21st to the end of the month you pay the remaining prorated amount plus the next full month's rent. Finally, we charge $87.50 - $350 based on credit, for a surety bond which protects us in the case of damages when you move out.
