Amenities/Features - Fantastic location and great neighborhood. Close to schools/Northwestern, restaurants, grocery stores - just about everything you need. Check out google maps to see all of these. No driving necessary on the weekends! 4 blocks to the Evanston beach and parks. - Washer/Dryer in Unit - Central AC & Heat - (This doesn't exist at this price in Evanston!) -Gourmet Kitchen -Hardwood floors -Secure building - Parking options - street parking (we both do this daily w/ no issues), detached garage parking available for rent, city lots with spaces available w/ permit (1 directly in back of building and another right across main) - Storage locker included in basement - Updated kitchen w/ SS appliances - Dog/Cat/Pet friendly - For the quality of this building it is a steal with surrounding places being priced much higher. Leasing company also does not gouge if you are wanting to resign lease for 2nd year. (won't find this with "luxury" apartments nearby). This is by far a better living experience and more than affordable compared to other options. Email/call for additional info.
