Many past residents have stayed for more than a year so comfortable and convenient. Garden level unit has the same features, plus each bedroom is in a corner with two windows. The kitchen is centrally located to be in the 'midst of it all' and has Itialian-tile countertops. It is carpeted instead of the HDW floors above and it, too, has its own laundry. The rent is slightly lower, the utilities are the same. One parking space in rear and on-street by permit. $70 per bedroom/month pays utilities (cable/internet not included) lawn care, snow removal. If excess, refunded at end of lease.. No pets, and No smoking please. Masks required for showings. Afternoon showings generally better. Some notice to currents residents appreciated.
