The interior is nicely appointed with an updated kitchen fully stocked with everything you may need to create that special dish for all your guests. The living room and dining area open out to a relaxing, covered porch overlooking the canal and pool area. Enjoy the heated pool! There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a laundry area complete the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor loft is accessible from the rear porch and is an extra bonus area for additional guest (not suitable for children or older adults) . The covered carport and interior staircase is a really nice feature to bring your supplies inside without getting wet in the warm, rainy season.
