Credit Requirements: Portable screening reports will not be accepted. Property owner does his own application review and as part of that uses "Rent Prep's Transunion Full Credit Report including Judgement and Liens". The cost of this report is the responsibility of applicant(s) and is $47 per person. An email link will be sent to those who apply for filling out request and payment. Credit history must be positive with: o No rental related collections o Any collections (outside of rental related) that exceed $300 or more can be cause for denial. o More than 10% of derogatory accounts can be cause for denial. o No Unlawful Detainer actions or evictions. o Credit rating of over 700. Criminal History: Applicant must inform if he is a registered sex offender (which are a reason for denial)
