The original type of Tiny House in South Bend, River Park area. This is such a great place if you don't want a lot of space. They have done all of the work for you, you just get to enjoy - brand new floors - updated bath and kitchen - great little patio area for your outdoor time. If you want your own space, just not much of it, this is a great answer. Stackable washer and dryer on the main floor AND a dishwasher!
