You will be close to everything at our renovated East Bay Escape. Our mid century home is less than 1 mile to the state park beach, .5 miles to the TART, and less than 3 miles to all the activities in downtown Traverse City! If you have family or friends flying into Traverse City, we are located just 10 minutes from TVC airport allowing you to make the most of the golf, food, boating, and wineries Northern Michigan has to offer! We use this as a short term rental during the summer and fall, so it will come fully furnished. Owner pays for water. The tenant would pay for the other utilities and internet. There is no smoking of any kind permitted in the home. We also do not allow pets. We can be flexible on the exact dates for the lease, but we would plan for September 15 - May 12. Rent is due on the first of the month. We would prorate the months that are not a full month.
