Rent is $995 a month and includes trash/garbage/lawn and cable/high speed internet through Mediacom. You pay water/gas/electric. These should average ~120 a month depending on your usage of course. The laundry is not in unit but is onsite and next to the townhome so you don't have to go far! The place is split level, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is about 1200 square feet so it has lots of room for the price! It also has walk in closets in two of the three bedrooms!
