Hi! I am the current resident of this property and love living in this great home! The only reason I am leaving is because I just got married and moved in with my husband. The rental is an entire home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full basement, and a fenced backyard. It is an older home with hardwood floors, a fireplace, and lots of character! The street is quiet and tree-lined and is an easy walk to entertainment on Monmouth or Newport on the Levee. The home comes with a washer and dryer in the basement, a push mower to mow the backyard, a grill and patio chairs in the backyard, and one off-street parking spot that can fit 2 smaller cars end to end if needed although there is plenty of off-street parking as well. Rent is $1,500 per month, landlord pays water/trash/sewage and renter is responsible for Duke electric and cable/internet if desired (both Time Warner and Cincinnati Bell hookup). The landlord gives plenty of privacy and is easy to work with! owner pays for trash, sewer.
