With its modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, you\'ll have everything you need to feel right at home. The apartment features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you\'ll need. With its convenient location, you\'ll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Book now for a memorable and comfortable stay! - LIVING ROOM - spacious enough for 4 people. - BEDS - there is a queen bed in the room, and sofa bed in the living room. - KITCHEN - fully equipped kitchen for your delicious meals. - BATHROOM - clean and cozy for your stay. - Unit # 7 is upstairs. You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor. - There is NO elevator. Stairs ONLY. You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor. - PARKING: Street parking only. Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival. - Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different. - For the pull-out queen bed: Get the mattress cover from the closet and place it on the sofa bed. The rest of the linens are in the closet. Guest can use them. - FIREPLACE: Please do NOT use it for safety purposes. - PETS: We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements. This unit is upstairs. You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor. Guests can access the whole Unit # 7.
