We were able to come home from campus for lunch every day. The landlord is easy to work with and was very accommodating when we needed random repairs taken care of. Maintenance is quick, usually within a day. Tenants are allowed to paint or decorate apartment however they'd like, according to landlord. Small grocery store right across the street which is convenient when you need to quickly grab something you forgot. Two closets for storage and extra storage located in the laundry room. One parking space is reserved for the apartment and extra parking is easily found nearby. Rent is due on the fifth day of each month. This apartment is one of only two in the building, so it's very private. This is a flat rate. All utilities are included in the rent. Tenant pays for cable. Google fiber is already installed.
