Private fenced back yard is directly behind the unit and roughly 25 x 10 feet, lined with gravel and works well as a place to let the dog off leash outside, barbecue, lounge, etc. Plus the fence gives this ground floor unit privacy so you can keep the blinds open and have some natural light.
