Cooking basics, bed linens, hangers, and an iron are provided. The master bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and a dedicated bunk area features a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to eight guests. Enjoy the resort's shared pool, hot tub, and gym, along with a waterfront grill area. Parking is available on site for a one-time fee of $35 plus tax, covering up to two vehicles. Pool heat and/or hot tub usage requires a written request a week prior to check-in and an additional fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card prior to arrival and will be released following a damage-free inspection after departure.
