Oceanfront winter rental (November 1-May 15) The house is a six-room, fully-furnished, two-bedroom ranch. The house sits on a 1/3 acre lot along with a single detached garage (84 Goodwin Road, Kittery Point, Maine 03905). The grassy lot runs along the rocky coastline of Gerrish Island on Sisters Point in the town of Kittery Point. Cape Neddick, Boon Island and the Isles of Shoals are visible from the house. The bedrooms, dining area, kitchen and the living room have hardwood floors. The enclosed porch has wall-to-wall carpeting. The sleeping accommodations consist of a queen-sized bed in the ocean-side bedroom, twin beds in the front bedroom, and full-sized futon in the enclosed porch. Linens and towels are not provided; blankets and pillows are. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower but no tub. (No smoking, no pets) November 1, 2026 to May 15, 2027.
