This is well-situated for quick access to UVMMC and is only one minute's drive to a supermarket, gas stations, a convenience store, and fast food places such as Dunkin Donuts or McDonald's. This is a perfect combination of convenience, privacy, and comfort! Gas, water, electric are included in rent. No smoking. No pets. Minimum stay: three months. Cleaning fee: $100 Room for two cars, one in garage and one in driveway.
