This is a 12 month lease. Tenant pays for electricity,water,gas and internet. Renter will be responsible for removing snow on there sidewalk and cleaning out there parking space. Mowing grass would be optional for a reduction and there is a lawnmower. There is 3 off street parking spaces for 3 medium to small cars. I believe you can park on the streets overnight for 8 months. If any maintenance issues acure it's your responsibility to call the landlord within 24 hrs. If it's a heating issues it should be reported to the landlord instantly. Changing the heater filter every other month is the tenants responsibility.
