OUTSIDE SPACE The exterior area of this home boasts a private backyard area which has a Solo Stove firepit, picnic table and outdoor furniture. There's also a locked, medium-sized storage unit in the shed for guest use to store any of their extra belongings. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. There is a washer and dryer located in its own small laundry room on the second floor of the apartment. There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway, as well as free street parking available. You'll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. LEASE AVAILABILITY: January 2, 2025-April 30, 2026.
