Directly behind Summit Academy. The entire house was repainted a year ago (walls & ceiling). The shower heads in both bathrooms have been upgraded to rainfall shower heads. All new brushed nickel door hardware on all the doors and most of the original light fixtures have been upgraded to more currently styled LED fixtures. All 3 bedrooms have new overhead fan light fixtures that are very helpful during the summer. New 50" electric fireplace installed under main floor TV mount last year. I would prefer to rent to couples, small families or working professionals but responsible college students might be considered. - Any holes in walls must be properly patched and painted or it will be deducted from your deposit.
