Room for rent! Hello I'm Logan, I rent out two of my rooms on the main level of my house. One of my roommates is looking to move and I'm trying to plan around that. The bedroom is 17'4" x 10' with a shared full bathroom. Full kitchen and a backyard along with a sunroom for your plants. I own a lot of plants and I spend my time gardening when I'm home or playing video games. I'm an electrician and I work full time. I'm looking for someone who is a good person and has a steady job. Utilities are split three ways. Iris is the other roommate who you'll share a bathroom with, she's very nice and spends most of the time cooped up in her room playing games or making treats for the house. The neighborhood is very quite and you'll have Street side parking in front of the house. I do month to month but I'm looking for someone to stay longer. No smoking inside. Utilities work out to about 250 a person a month.
