Five-star dining and super trendy breakfast and daytime eateries with Sightglass, GiGi's, Trois Mec, Rao's, Mozza, and more, just down the street. There's also a popular Starbucks nearby that occupies a former 1950's drive-through. We are a 10-minute stroll or 5-minute drive from Gold's Gym and Gnomen on Cole Avenue, the Netflix complex on Cahuenga, and Paramount, Raleigh and Hollywood Centre Studios. For grocery shopping, Trader Joes', Sprouts, and Pavilion's, are so close they will not require a car to get to. For drugstores, Walgreens and CVS are a short distance too as are a plethora of dispensaries. Hollywood Boulevard and public transit lines are a hop, skip and a jump from here in all directions. The Grove in West Hollywood is a 10-minute drive and Beverly Hills, only 15-minutes from here by car. Parking on our street requires a permit, and parking is also very easy, not congested at all. If you choose to have a car, let me know and I will acquire a Parking Permit for you. They cost $25. every 3 months, that's the only additional out-of- pocket extra living expense and its completely optional.
