Hi there! I bought this amazing home over 3 years ago because I was tired of paying rent for a home I couldn't make my own. Since owning- I have updated around 85% of the home, leaving some cute original "vintage" touches where I thought they still fit. The home has two bedrooms, and two full baths (the front bathroom can be accessed through the bedroom or hallway). Both have closets with lots of room with a lot of other storage cabinets/closets through out. It has lots of big windows I replaced 2 years ago & reframed last year- which really cuts down on any noise. It's roof was also redone shortly before I moved in. I have painted everything in neutral colors, with tons left over in a cabinet if ever needed for touch up's. There is washer/dryer hook-up's tucked in a hall out of your way, & there is a place for a new dishwasher. There is a great AC system, the heat is quick & done by gas. Two patio's on the front and back- which you could fit good sized furniture on to enjoy your surroundings. The lot my home is on is quite spacious on both sides, with lots of tree's and foliage you get to watch change year round. Driveway has enough room for at least three cars, or two cars and a shed. My neighbors are very kind, quiet and take fantastic care of their lots as well. If you have kids- there is a very active park in the neighborhood where you can hear children having a great time outdoors everyday. Jordan Landing is less than five minutes away, and there are quick routes to the freeways/highways. Before you move in- you will have to be approved by the main office... but they are very polite and helpful. The maintenance guy works harder than anyone I know, so the grounds are always very well kept all through the year. I have truly loved and cherished this home but unfortunately I need to sell it to move closer to family. I would love to see it go to the next person and continue its evolution into the perfect home for whomever may choose it, because it has definitely been that for me.
