Will be available to rent on August 1st.Only 1 year leases are allowed. 4 people maximum allowed to live here, per association by-laws. No pets allowed with this rental. There is a non refundable cleaning fee of $200, as well as, the refundable security deposit of $1450. Cleaning fee, security deposit and rent all due when lease is signed. Owner pays the HOA fees, which include water, trash, sewer, lawn service and snow removal. A copy of the bylaws will be available. The renters do have to follow these guidelines. No smoking in condo. Background check needs to be passed Owner pays for trash, sewer and HOA's ( lawn care, snow removal included in this). Lease terms can only be for 12 months at a time, per association rules. No pets allowed in this rental. Owner's will supply furnace filters and water softener tablets, renter is responsible for replacement every three months of filter and maintaining salt level in softener. Washer and dryer in unit Garage opener, two sets of keys for main entrance to building and condo door, key card for access to pool and clubhouse. Fees will be applied if any of these need to be replaced
