There's 1 room available in the 3 bedroom 1 bathroom place (the other 2 rooms are already being rented by 2 other girls). The rent is $412 but it'll be around $440 with utilities. The lease is up at the end of February (2018) but you will be offered to renew. (FEMALE RENTERS ONLY)
