Any illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate termination of the lease 3.Insurance: The tenant is required to purchase renter's insurance to cover their personal belongings and liability. Proof of insurance must be provided to the homeowner within 7 days of signing this agreement. 4.Parties and Gatherings: If the tenant wishes to host a party or gathering, prior written approval must be obtained from the homeowner. The tenant must clean up thoroughly after the event and ensure no damage occurs to the property. 5.Cleanliness: Both common areas and private areas must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
