There is a crawl space below, and full attic above with pull down steps. There is a large shed with 2 lofts and a storage space under the porch. The heat is gas, stove hook up is gas, laundry hook up is electric. Heat and electricity in the winter was around 60$ a month. Trash is about 60 a quarter and recycle is free. There is a spot in the laundry room where a bit of floor needs replaced. Maybe a half a sheet of plywood would cut it. Also could stand to be painted inside and pressure washed outside. The water heater, pump and ceiling fans are new. The water softener and furnace are not new but both work great. I lived here for the last 10 years and loved it! It’s walking distance about 1 minute to the park and baseball diamond, 2 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the South Shore commuter train station and Monroe’s Crossing restaurant and bar and Digzy Dogs restaurant. Plenty of room for kayaks or boats, a fire pit and yard loungers and off street parking.
