Flooring is laminate, has full size refrigerator/freezer, wall mounted TV, lots of natural light, has storage above bathroom and on outside deck. Washer/dryer is in main house. It's currently furnished including a full sized bed. If you have your own furniture, it's all negotiable. All utilities are set and ready to go. The unit is basically plug and play. Last tenant was very happy with it. I live in main house. The lease is month to month but you can live in it for as long as you want. Month to month. Electric, water/sewer, wifi are all included. Can use washer and dryer in main house. If you own a bird, that is okay.
