Very convenient location within minutes of the airport and all major interstates. Neighborhood is very clean and quiet. Only 4 rentals in the neighborhood. I am on the HOA board and have been living here the past 3 years while i built my new home. This is a very quiet community. The residents here are primarily owner occupied and retired. There is a park that backs up to this community with walking trails and a track. 2 parking places are assigned with each unit with temporary guest spots as well.
