2000's build with great bones. This house will need a thorough cosmetic updating, some sheetrock patch work and a new HVAC. The house is very dirty and a deep cleaning would work wonders for it. Great sold comps(two on our street), solid rental comps and great bones. Many of the comps are not even updated and selling at high values.
