You can view the unit M-F 8-4 pm by coming by the O'Kelley Inc office with your driver's license or stated issued id and signing out the keys. There is a $40 application fee for the background and credit check that is required for all persons over the age of 18. Owner pays for water and sewer. Tenant pays for electric.
