And the basement has a walk out door and 70% finished and I have my ping pong table and pool table in there and a small room has a bed in there.Our washer and dryer and Refrigerator, dishwasher and stove and microwave are all included.We would like the applicant to make sure the credit score is higher than 600, and pre rental ref., income prove, and max. 4 persons, and also we would do background check (whom we decide to sign agreement with ).
